Leticia is wildly unprofessional and unreliable which is a bad combination when it comes to a mental health associated facility. Today is the second time in two months I was told I don’t have an appointment on the books despite her confirmations. Which I have in writing in multiple emails. I should have trusted my gut when I first saw the comments and reviews on here after getting referred by a therapist. It seemed great at the begining when trying to get me in, they truly seemed to care. But once it came for my follow up appointment, it went downhill. Come to find out, because I needed authorization for a refill, the provider they assigned me was out of network. Horrible experience. Do not make an appointment if you have any mental health issues as they will make them worse. They are only looking for easy fast copayments. It is simple greed.
Terrible company! I attempted to schedule an appt for my wife. I called and left numerous voicemails and online requests but received no response (site says 48 hour response). Then, out of the blue 4 weeks later, I get a text message saying they received my request, and asked to schedule an appt. The telehealth appt was confirmed, but on the day of the appt, nothing.
