If you have other options, don’t choose this place. Instead of working with me to address my issues, the only solution ever offered was to increase medication. I called the office on four separate days and never got a single call back. My provider also didn’t respond to messages on the patient portal for over a week. To make things worse, I didn’t even get access to the patient portal until four months after starting treatment. The lack of communication and follow-up here is unacceptable.

Super unprofessionally and disorganized. Whoever you do your phone intake visit with does not communicate with the person in charge of creating your treatment plan. The first visit is supposed to be free, but they want to charge you afterwards. Even when I said I have already paid my balance, because they threatened to send it to collections (nevermind that it was supposed to be free) they still called and harassed me to collecting the $25 balance. I have been getting TMS treatment for almost two years. It really has made a difference in my mood, memory and sleep quality. The staff is so helpful from figuring out my insurance to providing a friendly and professional atmosphere. Daniela, my tech, is great. I feel cared for and treated like family

I have had a great experience with A Better Way Psychiatry. They are flexible and understanding with appointments and do all they can to work with your schedule. The staff are professional, knowledgable, and compassionate. I will continue to recommend A Better Way.

Stay far away from this facility. This is a dangerous irresponsible unprofessional clinic practicing malpractice and as I was getting sicker and sicker from tms, the doctors and np’s and Pa and staff did not care at all they just encouraged me to keep going with the treatments so they could get paid. Also, Leticia is the worst. Stay far away.
