I am not even a patient of this company and they have continued to send me bills. I called their front desk to clear it up, and they said it was a mistake and wouldn't contact me more. They have continued to contact me asking for money even post their commitment to stop. They still call me and send me mail and claim the call that happened didn't.
There is NO A Better Way since I called this office and asked the receptionist if they offered therapy, I was told they DON'T do therapy. They only do Medication management. It's like they rather shut us up with pills 💊💊 rather than letting the patients get things off their chests. Very disappointed with this establishment.
The office is perfect. I'm completely comfortable my whole visit. The staff are wonderful. Isaac and Melody are so knowledgeable and take really good care of me. I rate my whole experience five stars!
These 5 stars are for Leticia who went above and beyond to help me navigate getting my boyfriend's prescription refilled. My boyfriend had been struggling for the last month and a half trying to get his medication to no avail. It got to the point where without his prescription he could not handle the stresses of trying to get an answer to the situation.
