My father had surgery on October 2, 2025 and unfortunately did not recover as quickly as we expected. I met with Jonathan Burgi, and he gave me the Home Care Support my family needed. This was our first time working with Home Care, and he told me exactly what to expect and what were all the steps in regards to VA Home Care. I would highly recommend Jonathan because he is very supportive and responsive in answering all my questions. Thank you so much Jonathon for all your help.
Raul, at A Better Solution in Home Care, is kind and compassionate and worked tirelessly to help our family find an appropriate placement to care for a family member. I am so thankful for the team at A Better Solution. When my grandmother had a stroke, we were lost and didn't know what to do. It was hard. It truly felt like A Better Solution was there for us and they cared. They walked us through everything. The caregivers they gave us were amazing. They were so compassionate and caring.
