BETTER SOLUTIONS is a God answer to my 99 year old mom's home care needs. The staff are courteous and able to answer my questions as needed. The VP, Weston provides timely information to make eligibility happens, Thank you !

Unfortunately, our experience with this company was very disappointing. I want to be clear that this had nothing to do with the actual caregivers, they were kind and professional. The issues were entirely with the office staff and administration. Communication was poor from the beginning, and we often felt like we weren’t getting straightforward answers. My father had surgery on October 2, 2025 and unfortunately did not recover as quickly as we expected. I met with Jonathan Burgi, and he gave me the Home Care Support my family needed. This was our first time working with Home Care, and he told me exactly what to expect and what were all the steps in regards to VA Home Care. I would highly recommend Jonathan because he is very supportive and responsive in answering all my questions. Thank you so much Jonathon for all your help.

Raul, at A Better Solution in Home Care, is kind and compassionate and worked tirelessly to help our family find an appropriate placement to care for a family member. He is an excellent communicator and extremely prompt with providing information and responses. He was incredibly patient with my questions. A true ally during a very difficult and stressful time! Would highly recommend him!
