I have been a customer with A Better Self Storage since 2021 don't have any complaints. Facility is clean, staff is professional and willing to help reslove any issue(s) that may arise. I needed copies of back year receipts from 2021-2025 the manager and or his staff At The Mission Trace facility e mailed them to me in just a matter of days. Minimal rate increases since 2021. I would highly recommend this facility.
Great customer service! Fast and friendly highly recommend
So I have been a customer for a better self storage for over a year and I got behind on my payment this last month. Well I got it caught up on the 2nd and the manager didn't take their lock off of my storage and their closed Sunday and Monday and I'm trying to move to Pueblo and now because of this I'm 3 days late leaving and have probably lost my job that I was supposed to start today. Thanks a lot A Better Self Storage... I'll be finding a new storage facility.
I have been with this facility for approximately close to 2 years. The employees are very helpful, polite and courteous. THE CALL CENTER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE,. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL... Which is why I am moving out of my unit ASAP. I am paid up, for the Month of June 2025 with a zero balance,. THE CALL CENTER REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME THE GATE CODE 😡
