I have been with this facility for approximately close to 2 years. The employees are very helpful, polite and courteous. THE CALL CENTER IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE,. NOT HELPFUL AT ALL... Which is why I am moving out of my unit ASAP. I am paid up, for the Month of June 2025 with a zero balance,. THE CALL CENTER REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME THE GATE CODE 😡
I paid for two storage units at this facility one at 700 dollars and one at 170. I went and paid .had a quarter of the big one cleaned out and they called me and said they cancelled all units.coukd I bring all the stuff back and they would refund the money I paid plus 250 dollar check for compusation. Don't use these ppl they tried to sell me units of random people that's not in default.. also it's been almost a month of waiting
I’ve had several Storage in different parts of the city. This is hands down the best place. I have found where is clean friendly, and definitely a good place where Your stuff will be safe
