So often we are extremely quick to call and complain whenever something goes wrong. Why are we so slow to write when things go well!?! I need to let you know how pleased our family was with the way you handled my mother's move. It was one that was done in two parts and required a great deal of patience and understanding due to the age and emotions of my mother. They did a great job of representing your company and of getting my move done in the time expected and I am grateful for all. Recently, your company move my to my new apartment in Rocklin, California. I just wanted to say thank you with two recent small but stressful moves. Jason and Marcus made the process so much easier. They were quick, but careful... using expert technique and strength. They were also very friendly and professional. I was so grateful for their help and willingness to go above and beyond to get everything so that my life was made much easier. Your employees were all exceptional and we really appreciated their hard work. Jason and Alex showed up at our house on schedule and worked very hard. There was no damage to the furniture or the walls or floors on either journey. The packer organizing the truck in Rocklin must have been working with puzzles from birth. All were great. Our real estate agent asked for the name of our moving company.
