I bought these expensive hearing aids and I find that they close the office so it's ridiculous having to drive all the way to woodland Park or Pagosa wherever you have offices to get these things adjusted I think I didn't get my money's worth

Great until they closed and didn't notify anyone and no information on what we are to do.
Horrible business, I cancelled my hearing aids the day after my hearing test and I still am unable to get my refund - now 8 days later. Never, ever will ask for their help.
The staff at Better Hearing was professional and friendly. The audiologist explained what was entailed in the testing and explained what the results indicated. She also answered any questions I had about the testing.
