I'm not one to write reviews, however i have been working with Dr. Luck on issues with my back. I've been in the nursing field 15 + years in a nursing home , hospitals , VA clinic ect... I did alot of lifting and strained my back even doing the technics correctly. He has been amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable on how to work on my back. Very professional and just an all around great person. I'm very pleased and I highly recommend him if your having any issues on your back. O great staff as well.
I have never been to a medical office that has been so efficiently perfectly operated. The staff & management are kind and have good attitudes. The K Laser therapist is extremely smart, polite, kind, listens really carefully what I had to say and clearly communicated back to me the process. Owner- I am not a hun or love Putting down a staff member, even when its to compliment another, makes employees suspicious of which side of the compliment/insult they might fall. Employees want to trust the doctor owner not to make unflattering comments about them to co-workers this destroys morale and motivation. Not a very smart business man. Just had the best massage from Mike Jones, my back hasn’t felt normal without pain on a long time. Mike is very comforting and knowledgeable, I am looking forward to my next massage. In addition, all of the staff is wonderful, Dr. Luck and Dr. B definitely know what they are doing, they explain everything every step of the way. I am excited to start living a pain free life again!!!
Bad Customer Service! Dr Luck has NO customer service or back bone time to retire!
I met the staff at the Applewood golf course a few weeks ago and everyone was very welcoming & professional. The best massage that I have had in a long long time. I was able to get in to their office within the week and the best customer service that I have seen in a long time.*************** Thank you * I AM ABLE TO SLEEP NOW WITHOUT WAKING UP SEVERAL TIMES A NIGHT!!!!!!!
