Update.. when they re-roofed the house, they covered over all the roof vents and never re-installed them. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. Do not use this company. They do not use standard roofing contraction. They put a new roof on for me a few years ago.. I didnt notice it at the time, but water was coming down from behind the gutter and the fasha. Found out they put on the wrong drip edge. (Too short)., so water was going behind the gutter. Called them back. They wanted $600 to correct their mistake. Now I ... read more
In April, while on vacation, our neighbor’s house was roofed by A Best. My husband spoke to the foreman about tarping our house before we left for vacation to protect our siding and windows. He said they would take care of it. When we returned home, they had nailed into our siding, left holes in ~12 pieces of siding, broke our window frame, and left tar stains all over our siding from the roofing hitting it as they tore it off. They put a new roof on for me a few years ago.. I didnt notice it at the time, but water was coming down from behind the gutter and the fasha. Found out they put on the wrong drip edge. (Too short)., so water was going behind the gutter. Called them back. They wanted $600 to correct their mistake. Now I realize it was a few years later I just never stood out there when it was raining and noticed it. Until a gutter cleaning. How long its been shouldnt be an issue. Wrong material was used, it should be fixed.
Excellent, detail orientated, timely work. Complete house sided, shutters and porch work.
I went through them in May of 2022 for a full tear off of my roof. Price was fine, done relatively quickly. Problem is there is a leak whenever there is heavy snow. I've been trying to get them to come out and look at it ever sense to no avail. All I'm ever told on the phone is that they'll reach out to the foreman who never calls. Once arranged to have someone come out when I wasn't home. Agreed he could go on roof and on yard.
