We got the roof in Nov. and noticed these ripples and waves in it this summer so we called the office a ton and left a ton of voicemails when guys just showed up to our house to take photos to show to the office one day. The office then said that our spray form insulation was popping the shingles up and they have never seen anything like it. Update.. when they re-roofed the house, they covered over all the roof vents and never re-installed them. They will not respond to phone calls or emails. Do not use this company. They do not use standard roofing contraction. They put a new roof on for me a few years ago.. I didnt notice it at the time, but water was coming down from behind the gutter and the fasha. Found out they put on the wrong drip edge. (Too short)., so water was going behind the gutter. Called them back. They wanted $600 to correct their mistake. Now I ... read more
