I cannot say enough about the wonderful & kind people at A Beloved Friends. They truly made the entire process so easy and were so comforting. I have lost many family members and made or helped to make arrangements for both my parents and a son. At no time have I ever been treated with the kindness, dignity & respect as I was with A Beloved Friends. I would recommend them without hesitation. As long as I live in Reno I would never consider using anyone else.
I can not express how comforting it is to have these wonderful folks in my corner. They have helped me through the process of sending my fur babies to the rainbow bridge. I can't thank them enough for their compassion during a storm. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I never would have thought that such a horrible situation could be such a wonderful experience. Everything is thought about and aimed at providing distraught pet parents the most comforting experience possible. They stayed late for me to bring my dog in and were incredibly kind and compassionate despite it being after 6pm on a Friday. All three staff I met were truly wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better end to a terrible day!
