Definite shoutout to A Beloved Friend in Reno, Nevada. They did an incredible job with our needs for our baby Thunderkitty when we lost him suddenly on Monday and provided so much care and comfort including pawprint stamps in clay with his name engraved in the clay. They returned him home the very next day. So glad to have found them and they made this very rough time just a little easier.
The staff there were so nice and helped us by being open on a national holiday and made the process quick and easy and they handled everything like professionals and made our hearts melt when we got her back. Thank You So Much

These people are old friends & I used to work with Elaine for several years. They have given me kind, considerate & compassionate support over the years as my Therapy Dogs have crossed the Rainbow 🌈bridge. Most recently with my Beloved Andy who was well known in the hospitals, Nursing homes, Veteran's Resource Center & at Bennett Elementary school 's Storytime for 10years
Nobody ever wants to pay someone to set their pets on fire. That said, the team here is amazing, respectful, compassionate and fair.
