I stopped by to inquire about fees before I had to put my Rocky down. Everyone there was very kind and considerate. I was asked the name of my dog and they only called him by his name after that. They made one of the hardest decisions of my life easier. I got my Rocky back the same day as dropping him off. Everything was very nice. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.
We lost our a"dork"able gentle giant, Buddy Harley, very suddenly and without warning this week. Thank God for Steve, Elaine and everyone at A Beloved Friends! Kindness... sympathy & compassion... gentleness... professionalism that goes above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in previous "family" deaths. So caring and compassionate, although that was one of the worst days of my life I will never forget how kind they were.
Steve and Elaine at Beloved Friends Pet Crematory are the most compassionate warm people that you would ever hope to meet when dealing with A sad event like loosing your beloved fur baby. We do a lot of Feral cat rescue work because we are passionate about animals but we are not with a group or rescue we do it on our own. There isn't anyone I trust more with my pets final rest than these amazing people! I highly recommend them to everyone!!
What a warm and caring experience. I was able to spend as much time with my baby boy as I needed in a very peaceful setting. They were truly amazing and understanding during a very difficult time. I am grateful. Thank you
