Twice we set up an appointment for an estimate and twice nobody showed up. The first time when I called to find out where they were I was told the guy had a doctor's appointment. Ok, I rescheduled. The second time, nobody showed, no call, no nothing and they aren't even answering the phones.
RecommendedI want to give a huge compliment to James Donelson. Though money was extremely tight for me, James agreed to sink the main posts of our privacy fence. James has an extremely high work ethic. He is fast, he is accurate, and he is super efficient. James caters to the specifics of a client to make them happy. You can tell his heart is truly in his job to Serve members of his community. Thank you James and A. Barnes for such amazing work.
Barnes fence installed our fence 7 years ago. It seemed to be good work and good materials. But after a few years the stringers began seperating from the posts in many places and more importantly i noticed a section of the fence leaning and discovered the posts were rotted at ground level. Then tropical storm Gordon came and pushed over 96 ft. of my fence to the ground. I had to get a whole new fence. They should last much longer than 7 yrs. very disappointed and will never use Barnes fence again!!!
Kevin was spot on with our estimate and changes we had to make. The men were fantastic putting up our fences and it is spectacular work. Looks great! Will suggest to my friends/family.
