Amazing people. Washing machine decided to stop working 2 days before Christmas. I called them to ask various questions, and they always tried to help over the phone and never got rude or acted like they were too busy. I eventually decided to take it to them, they ordered the parts, and gave it back to me the day after Christmas and it works just like it did new.
I had a lot of problems with the washer I had i bought one here very happy excellent service . Over 30 years experience fixing washers dryers this really a great place
I stopped over there looking for a ge heating element for an oven. They were super polite and helpful. They also showed their expertise by helping me find the correct part with just a pic. no model number. definitely will shop there again!!
