Amazing customer service! I got a quote from their website via chat. Took 1 minute and was $45 cheaper than Safelite. When Gino came to repair the chip in my windshield (mobile service!!!) he looked at it carefully and said it didn’t even need to be fixed, it was fine as it was, and if he tried to drill a hole it would crack. Said it was fine as it was! Didn’t even charge me for looking at it. If I ever do need to repair or replace my windshield I’m for sure going with Auto Glass Services. YAY!
Gino was great! We called to have our car window repaired and he was able to squeeze us in the same day. He was super responsive and affordable and we didn’t even have to leave our house he came to us. Definitely will be using their services again.
The repair team was efficient and left my car in better shape. They were very helpful at cleaning up all of the broken glass from my damaged window. Same day service, I strongly recommend
Where do I even start? The chat service was amazing, quick, responsive, and was there through out all the questions. The service by the technician was the same. Gino was great at his work knew what he was doing and made sure everything was secure by his work and also by asking questions making sure we won't be doing anything that will have the window fall off since we were on vacation in San Diego.
