I love when I find a gem of a business to work with!! Working with Mark at A-Austin Storage has been like working with family. If you need storage and are in the area I 100% recommend that you go here. Clean, safe facility, and Mark is on-site almost all the time keeping an eye on everything and quick to address any issues. We didn't really experience any issues as everything is SO WELL MAINTAINED, but someone else had an issue with the gate and I saw Mark's excellent customer service in action. Great place, and the best reasonable price, i looked for hours and this was the only places that had 15×30 under $300 and the place is real clean, the only downside is that they open the gates at 7am, a lot of ppl are ok with that if they just store their furniture, but if you have a bussines like in construction then 6am works best, but its not that bad, oh and the Manager is real respectful and answers all you're questions with good manners
Will charge you a third more of the initial charge. Would not recommend. Started with 135 and randomly charged 185
