Dropped my car off at 7:30am using the key drop (which did not have any drop-box forms available) I had to write a note. I had the appointment for three weeks, after I purchased a Groupon. My car was the only one waiting to be detailed when I dropped it off. I tried to call at noon, no answer, at 3pm no answer and I arrived at 3:40pm & they told me my car wouldn't be ready for another hour.... On 1 Dec 2011 I made an appointment for an inside and outside detailing. I asked them to pick my car up on or after the 3rd of Dec. and left them a key to my car. Later that afternoon I looked in my driveway and the car was gone. I called them to confirm that they had picked it up two days too early, but got no answer. I later drove my truck over there and looked through their window to confirm that they did have my car. They brought it back the next day, 2 Dec. My car was clean, but the service was not what it should have been. When I brought my car in, it was because I had purchased a groupon. I told them I didn't want any additional services completed. They told me they really needed to do at least $25.00-$30.00 worth of additional work because I have kids. I said okay and agreed to the additional $25.00- $30.00.
