I bought a groupon months ago and had an apt set up for my son's car to be cleaned inside / outside on Aug. 18th. They contacted me on Aug. 17th and told me that they would have to reschedule my apt due to an "emergency". I tried contacting them a week later and was not able to leave a message. Mailbox was full. I tried again on Sept 5th and left a message. It's Sept 7th and still no call back. Tried calling and their mailbox is full again. WTH!! I want my refund!!

SCAM ALERT!!! Don't buy their GROUPON. GROUPON is also in the process of getting rid of their groupon. In Short, if you buy their groupon for 75 dollars (200 value) they will charge you extra to get it to what they normally charge which happens to be 200.00 dollars!! Don't believe me? Had a coupon from the Northern Lights coupon book for an interior cleaning for $75 (normally $200). Dropped car off and had to leave keys in drop box as no one was there. I was called 2 hours later saying that it would cost an additional $400 to get the interior cleaned.... In what world does a vacuum and steam cleaning cost $200-$475?

Beware !!!This detailing business is a scam. They did not clean my car real good. I have to wash my mats again because they didnt clean it. Please do not even take your vehicle there . Scam scam BIG TIME SCAM

In my opinion this is an absolute BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM with their Groupon offer. Tried to charge me an additional $90 for "excessive vacuuming" and became belligerent when I said I wouldn't pay it. Threw the soaking wet floor mats in the back of the car and slammed the liftgate. To be fair, the car was clean, but not worth having to endure the unethical business practices. Get your Groupon money back!!

I wouldnt even give it a star. Took forever to try and make an apt. No one ever answers the phone. He was semi rude over the phone. Then wanted to charge me an extra 130$ on top of the groupon i purchased cause they said there was dog hair and sand in my jeep.

If you buy a Groupon, plan on paying additional fees. I have a Subaru Forester, that was immaculate in the back (had a protective layer on the carpet, that I took off before dropping off my car), people very rarely sit in the back seats, and it had a normal amount of dirt in the front driver side AND there are all weather mats throughout the car. I got a call that it would cost an additional $45 because it is difficult to get dirt out of the Subaru "fibers"!!!!

I got a groupon for a full detail and after 3 month backlog finally got an appointment. Drove in from rural AK the night before and dropped off the car. Next morning I get a call from the owner who tells me there is dog hair in the car and it would cost $30 more to detail with dog hair or $60 more to guarantee they would get 95 % of it out.
