Many years with a storage unit here. Never once worried about my stuff! Management always on hand and ready to help. Friendly and very reasonable pricing.
I used this location for Uhaul rental and had a good experience. The weekend guy isn’t outwardly friendly however he is so nice! Helped me with a part that I was missing on my hitch. The 4 stars is due to the super tight space they have and getting the trailer returned in a busy Saturday morning. I wound up parking next door and just waited until there was a break in the parking lot.
I have been to several U haul rentals in the Dallas area, and this A-American Self Storage has gone above and beyond for me. The employees there are very friendly and prompt. I always rent here now because I know that their service is very dependable, and their service is grade A. Thank you very much for your service A-American, keep up the good work!!!
Quick to get U-Haul trailer, made the process easy enough. He said He wasn't "scared of a virus." But it's not about you being scared, it's about people who can die from it. For all you know, I have health conditions that put me in the high-risk category. But you DID wear a mask, and I appreciate that, it makes you better than those who refuse to. I don't care if you're not afraid, I'm concerned about people who can die from it...like my parents.
Honestly the people there are great!! U haul on the other hand are thieves! After 6 weeks , charged $5. More on a credit card used to pay the fee. Said we had toll charges. Problems is the is no toll road on forest lane!! That is the route we used the truck for. We were not even on the highway AT ALL!! $5 May not sound like much. But times that by trucks a day × how many days a week × how many weeks a month × how many months a year= BILLIONS OF DOLLARS FOR UHAUL!!!FRADULANTLY!!
