I have had the pleasure of renting a unit from A-American the past few years. The staff couldn't be friendlier and I found this is the best storage facility on the westside of LA catering to businesses. They have a dock and pallet jacks, which most personal storage facilities frankly don't have. The only reason we are leaving is because we found a facility closer to our new office.
Fidel for the win! We had to move things out of our storage located on the upper level and Fidel was so helpful. He walked back and forth to man the lift for us. He grabbed a chair for me to sit on while we were having the movers load things up. So kind and went above and beyond to make everything easier for us. This facility is also convenient and has a loading dock for large trucks. Overall, nice facility and nice employee!

Absolutely amazing facility! Great customer service! The staff here is excellent. The entire facility is always so clean, bright..spotless. Best storage facility I’ve ever used.
