I recently rented a space online, and when I arrived at the facility on Federal, my unit could not be located because it was misnumbered. The staff offered me a different space, which was shown to me. I accepted the change and I measured the distance from the loading dock because I had a large truck en route from out of state. When the truck arrived and I went back to receive the delivery, the staff said I could no longer have the space they promised me, as they had found the original space.
