I’ve used this storage unit for a few years. I worked for a brand and needed space to store assets, and after trying a few different storage facilities in the past, finding this one was a godsend. Truly the best storage unit around. Deliveries were always smooth—even pallet drop-offs—and I never had issues with special requests or last-minute changes, as long as I communicated ahead of time. Was a good experience at first, then they started charging me more and for some issues of something thst wasn't before. And now I believe that it a monthly fee that is too much for a small locker. I may transfer from this one soon for a lower monthly payment . Also a employee once was extremely rude and rushing me out while I drinking water from the water machine. Would not let me finish my cup before pushing me out the gate to close it , while there were still a few customers there in side. Very bad additude .
The staff is always so friendly. Makes the entire process enjoyable.
