Amanda at A American Plumbing was very rude and showed no good customer service skills. When she called again about the first failed appointment and I mentioned to her that the warranty company had cancelled the work order, she wanted to debate with me about it being my fault the first appointment did not go as planned. AHS sent A America plumbing representative Jeff to find a plumbing leak. He was prompt and courteous and found the source of the leak quickly. He completed the repair in what I would consider a very professional manner. A American plumbing and Jeff have done other work in my home with no complaints whatsoever.
These guys are a joke. Terrible service. And being in construction for 20 ot pretty obvious they have un qualified technicians.
