Very frustrated with that company. Bad timing, always in hurry, leaved the house without substantial check of the quality of their repairs. As a result, the plumbing problems were not resolved
Detailed the problem to the person taking the trouble call if they did not intend to fix the problem they should have advised us to call a company that was capable to do the repair instead of wasting our time and money. Cody the person sent to conduct the repair claimed that the floor had been installed too low for the pipe that it was not a plumbing problem. Jerry was my technician and he was fantastic. Scheduling the appointment was easy I found out from my exterminator that I had a leak under my house and according to my water bill it had probably been leaking for three months. It only went up 7 to 9 dollars so I knew it wasn’t a huge leak but nevertheless it was misting water under my house. I would give them a zero if possible. Rude unprofessional tech that left without fixing either of the issues he was sent for. Left a message at the office about the experience. No response.
I had two scheduled appointments and they missed them both, having me wait for hours only to no show. They lied when I contacted them regarding their conversation the previous day. They blamed everyone except themselves. After the second missed appointment, I contacted their technician who texted me not to call him again, as it was his day off and to quote his text directly, "Don't call me with no bull*hit no more." No problems scheduling an appointment booked one the day after call. Arrived well with in the appointment window. Fast, professional and even cleaned up after themselves. Fixed toilet issue.
I have not done business with this company but I have had a encounter with the employees and there company truck which was stupid.... there were 3 males and a female can't say if they all worked for the company but they came to my neighbors house knowing there were trying to fight they hopped out the company vehicle with weapons one had a gun (shotgun or rifle) and the female had a pvc pipe with all intentions to hurt or scare my family which is childish so it is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to have these thugs riding or drivin in... read more
