DO NOT PATRONIZE! – My home warranty company referred me to AAA for a broken air conditioner. Every time I called I got rude person after rude person. First, I told the technician the control board was out, gave him the part number, and told him to come out when he gets the part in. He told me HE'LL look at it and let ME know what's wrong with it. The best company in St.Charles county – I will have to disagree with all the other reveiws because i had the best servies with aaa than any other company. There customer servis and sales department would have to be the best because they always beat the price for me. I belive the bussiness is family owned which is cool bc ther ant to many out there anymore. CHOOSE THE OTHER GUYS! – Not a good company. Dis-honest, too expensive, un-reliable. There is nothing good to say here. This company is hard and expensive to work with and I for one will not be doing it again. DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICER.

Never use them! I mean they are not dependable!!!! ): – I needed my dishwasher repaired and I have been working with them with the wrong parts, scheduling conflicts & customer service that is "rude", to say the least. When you see AAA Appliance just go to someone else. It has been 2 1/2 months of stringing me along. I give them a -10 out of 10. Signed, Dishpan hands

They don't call back – Their ad in the Yellow Pages say that you can call them anytime. I called in the evening and left a message on an answering machine. The next morning, nobody called me back so I called them and told them I urgently needed someone this morning. They took my information and said someone would be there. I asked if it would be early or late and they said early. At 10:00 I hadn't heard from them so I called them back. Get it signed!! – We got a price qoute over the phone for an item, we then went in and recieved the same price qoute, we said we would be back later they wrote the prices down on a sheet of paper and we left. We went up to purchase later and they said that they would not sell for that price that they quoted. They said they wrote the wrong price down both times (it was a $300 difference). So do not trust their word-get it signed!!
