An emergency situation, the evening before Thanksgiving with twenty two quests coming to my house the next day, my oven stopped working. I called A-All Appliance and in a matter of two hours a technician was knocking at my door and my oven was repaired. Being a family owned company, they know the feeling I was experiencing and came to my rescue. I was so grateful. Thank you for a successful Thanksgiving Day dinner. Thank you.

very impresed fix it ringh the frist time – we well always call aaa for our home repairs they do about everything with their culb membershis i can save 30% on costly repairs thanks again.

AWSOME CO. – THE MAN THAT CAN OUT WAS SO NICE, HE LOOKED AT MY DRYER HE TOLD ME WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED THE PROBLEM I ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY WASHER HE TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK AT THAT TOO. I WILL CALL THIS CO BACK IN THE FUTURE THANKS AAA APPLIANCE

EXPENSIVE! – Very Disappointed! Service tech spent 10 minutes in house, replaced $10 fuse, & charged me $128.

dishonest and preditory service. – plumber worked 1.5 hours and charged by 91 year old father $850 + 65 for a estimate. highest estimate from other plumbers was $300 dollars. in yellow pages they claim to be BBB accredited. that claim is false and st louis bbb is bringing copyright charges against them as well as yellow pages. also told my father repair was permanent but refused to warranty work beyond 30 days. we are currently contesting the 850 dollar charge because of false and deceptive advertising. do yourself a favor a... read more

Wonderful service company – I would have to strongly disagree with the other reviews. I go to them for everthing and have never had a problem. The staff is very helpful, expecially the parts manager. Just recently I had some out to my home to service my washer, they were able to fix it the same day! I don't feel I was overcharged for the work they did. Rude, untruthful, unprofessional, obnoxious – I wish I would have done some research before I called them. I'm amazed they are still in business. I called them to perform warranty work on our refrigerator. Never in my life have I dealt with such a poor service organization. They were nice people until I paid the $20 deductible. They told me they would have it fixed in 3 days, 12 days later they still haven't returned to finish the repair.

Worst customer service ever! RUN!!! – AAA appliance is well stocked with dryer parts for the DIYer. That is ALL they are good for. I returned one part that was damaged when I returned home with it and was very disappointed with the reaction of the employees. I was first drilled by two people who asked who broke the part. Then, the "parts manager" came out to put his two cents in. Finally, after a few choice words and sighs, he walked to to the back to get another part to exchange.
