I contacted Fridgidaire to ask about my ice machine and freezer because I had an error code FA. I was informed by them that FA meant fan, and they would contact AAA Appliance in O 'Fallon, Missouri. Tyler came out to determine the problem. Days later after new parts arrived he returned and quickly fixed the refrigerator. He is a great technician who communicates well with people who know nothing about the mechanics of a refrigerator. Bill called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He inquired as to my refrigerator symptoms so he could think about the fix. He came, diagnosed the temperature(s) issue and went to work. I had everything cleared to allow Bill to go to work. And in no time he had it fixed and back in business. Very capable craftsman. Very likable and customer friendly. People like Bill maintain AAA’s positive reputation. I will use AAA Appiance again.
Update: defrosted the refrigerator for 24hrs as instructed, the issue with the water was still not resolved. My husband called back and was told to call the manufacturer. So now we are out $440 with no offer to make it right. Had aaa appliances out to diagnose and repair the water dispenser in the door. Paid $110 for the diagnostic and then an additional $330 for the parts and repair. The technician came out yesterday and made the “repairs” the water dispenser still is not working.
