I don’t normally write reviews but I had to let everyone know this is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. I had an appointment scheduled for this morning they came out their price was really high when I called and tried to work out a deal, they canceled my appointment without my consent. So I called another plumber. I am huge on customer service and I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.
They came over quick but they destroyed our yard way more than they needed. Cost us alot of money to fix the yard. Also forced me to give a good review to save $100.
I used this company a few weeks ago because of a clog. When they came out, I explained that I thought my main line was clogged b/c there was dirt and junk that came up through my bathtub. They couldn't find the main cleanout (I guess my house doesn't have one), and so they used a snake to try to go down through the toilet to fix it. They charged an ungodly amount of money for this (like $500-600 or something, for an hour), which they said was so costly b/c I didn't have a main cleanout. Rodney and his crew came out diagnosed the problem in ten min gave me fair quote knocked the job out i will be calling back for my plumbing needs!
I wasn't able to receive any services from this company; however, I'm giving it 5 stars because they answered or called me back immediately everytime I called. They were just really busy and I know why, they are great communicators!! Well done!!
