The service was excellent
Our A/C went out and temperature iinside our home jumped up into the upper 80's. Don said he was busy on another call but came out within two hours. Made a quick assessment of the problem and had the needed part on his truck. Whew!! What a relief. We were enjoying cool air again in no time. Thank you Don!!!
Don, came out came out the same day of my initial contact, inspected the ducts & vents and return air issue. Very polite, professional and gave me a reasonable cost to repair and scheduled the work . He arrived on time on the scheduled day, got right to work cleaning the ducts, replacing and repairing and sealing vent boots and vent grill where needed. He came out on a weekend even though I did not classify it as an emergency. He did not charge extra for the weekend work. Extremely professional and I believe very honest. Any future air conditioning or heating work I need is going their way! He took the time to explain what was going on and to show me the broken control wheel.
