The service techs were friendly and fast. I felt they were trying to fix the issue rather than make a quick buck.
After reading so many positive reviews decided this was the company I should call. It took several trips due to no fault of theirs and had to order parts for old equipment I have but they got the problem fixed. They were very polite, cleaned up everything and did a great job. During the process an electrical problem occurred and they were very open to working with him over the phone since they couldn't both be there at same time to help find and resolve the issue. Quick efficient service. Needed it soon as possible, came out same morning.
I was amazed how completely the job was done! AC unit was cleaned checked and up and running. He has a customer for life!!
Kevin was very knowledgeable about his job and performed in a highly professional manner. Until today, I'd never met him before but by the time he left, I felt as though I'd known him all my life. He even gave me some good feedback as to how to install a mini French drain to solve my muddy mess at the AC drain spot I will refer A+ to anyone I meet that is having AC issues.
Don, Kevin, Mont recommended and installed a ductless mini split unit in my garage. They are experienced and knowledgeable on the options of equipment and installation methods. They showed up early and worked consistently to complete the install and checkout the unit. This included drilling drain pipe holes thru the stucco, and adding appropriate sealing and covers. Getting the specific angle correct for good drainage was an issue and they returned the next morning (Saturday!) to adjust it so it drained well. They provided a... read more
Update... found an issue with the repair ...called them to come fix and they came out the next day and fixed issue. Appreciated their taking care of it. original review....Yes they came quickly and completed work same day with what seemed to be excellent service. However price quoted went from 600 to 800 dollars ended up with 1300.00 and no cost break down given for parts and service. Seemed to be just a number pulled out of the air.
