I searched Home Advisor on a Sunday for heater repair - our heater ceased working a couple weeks earlier. Even thought Spring is approaching, a cool front was approaching in the next few days. Don called within 10 minutes of my posting about needing service. He set a time for the next morning, 9:00 am. After reading thru many reviews of different area contractors, sent a request for quote out thru HomeAdvisor.com. Had a couple of companies call to discuss my issue, then spoke with Don at A+. My heater went out before I awoke on a Saturday and I was worried about getting a professional out on a weekend and potential costs. The guy was great. He took the time to show me just exactly what was wrong with my AC unit. He checked to see if it was still under warranty and if the builder had registered it when it was purchased. Unfortunately for me my builder didn't register it with the manufacturer trane. Parts for this particular unit were way too expensive $1100 for a fan motor. Not the repair guys fault. He had us up and running in about 30 min. Great service.
