Bruce's installed new AC system in January for Condo due to inspection for purchase. In September had 2 leaks on interior where cold and return pipe solder causing over $1000 in repair fee. Also installer did not put brackets on outside unit (required by code) bolting to ground. Seller paid for new unit so we had no idea who did the sloppy install until after calling a different company to repair. New company confirmed bad solder joints by original installer. Found Bruce's company sticker on outside unit after all this.
