They give you a 5 year warranty but don't back it up had deck built and screen door put in the door is falling off the handrails look like two different people built them the lattice they used cracked broke and fell off. They did send someone out to fix cracked boards and match handrails they still don't match and the employee was rude and said no on can make it match one is dog eared the other is flush totally different. We had to replace lattice which fell apart into scrap using just our bare hands to remove and as we were... read more
