I was told by the owner if I left a bad review it was one way to ensure he would never resolve our issues with our windows. The windows were installed early last year. The history with the install and window defect is lengthy. I won't air it here. Just know neither Joyce Windows or Affordable has made good on the window warranty or work and now ignores all correspondence.
RecommendedAffordable Remodelers came out as soon as we called for an estimate after the storm in early April. We needed a new roof, new facia and gutters. I made a claim with our insurance and they sent the insurance company everything they requested promptly. I never had to deal with anything else. The contractors they use were wonderful, working 8+ hours until the job was done and every evening my yard was all cleaned up before they left. Credit where credit is due! Alex and Kevin Kleemann of Affordable Remodelers stood by us all the way. Their roofing crew did a beautiful job and it wasn’t easy. Living downtown on a small lot made tear-off difficult. We have flower gardens and spirea around every inch of foundation. They even managed very little damage, as you can see by the photo.
