I CANNOT say enough great things about A Advanced Electrical Services. We have lived in our house for a year with a consistent issue no one could find the answer to/solve. After a visit with them, our issue was solved. They advocated for us with Duke Energy for some additional things that needed attention on the Duke side we were not aware of as well. I had a electrician from this company come to my home today. ( 11-13-2024 ). He was very professional and found my electrical problem very quick. This company is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.
These folks provided emergency service after the hurricane on the weekend. They were so thorough and came back the next day (Sunday) after the power was restored to ensure everything was operating properly!
Modified my reviews after the recent booking experiences. I was quoted a significantly higher price per hour than my first time per hour, and for some very minor work, the owner Jane said it might take 8 hours. Anyhow I made the appointment since she said the real time needed would be known more exactly after the electrician comes and sees everything. Just a few days later, she quoted me an even higher hourly rate, plus a trip fee, and said it might need 8+ hours. Seriously? 8 plus hours to move positions of two ceiling ligh... read more
