Awesome service! Excellent service! My inspector Luis Perez was awesome. He was very thorough in the inspection and noted every minor detail and deficiencies.
Very knowledgeable staff. Scheduling was easy, very knowledgeable staff. Inspector was awesome, disclosed everything detailed, area by area, with lots of pictures and even added a summary. Termite inspection and sprinkler are free and included.

Excellent Service! One call and two emails are all it takes to get a report hours after the inspection. Kept us from buying a troublesome property for our home. Using them again on our second offer. More to come. Offers $50 discount for Vets. Fees may be high as I am used to $350 to 400 per inspection but the service was worth it as you have little time during purchasing.

Sean is excellent and detailed. Sean did an excellent job of reviewing everything about the home. He went over everything in great detail both verbally and in the report. He also answered all of our questions and walked around the house with us to show us all of the areas that he saw issues with. This is our second time using A-Action but if we ever need another home inspection, it would not be our last!

Highly recommended! Brian Murphy and his team were quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating our short time frame for our inspection. We are in the process of buying a large 3 building business park and needed an inspection done quickly. Brian provided a team of inspectors over 3 days to tell us exactly what we needed to know about the project. His prices were extremely fair and the report was very thorough.
