Our inspector, Gordon, has done two home inspections for us in the past year. One was a relatively new house and the other was over 40 years old. In both cases, he did a very thorough job, identifying even small items that needed to be addressed. He also was able to give good insight on how these reports compared to others of the same area/vintage. Sometimes an inspection report is just a cursory overview, but with Gordon, it is a thorough checklist combined with a level-headed approach to how to interpret the list.
