Within a week of taking ownership, found out I had a rodent problem that was not noted on my home inspection. Contacted A-Action and they are not licensed for rodent inspection (evidence of rodents was obvious). The inspector was friendly, but a friendly heads up would have been nice. Instead I bought a home that required immediate rodent removal at the price of $1000. If you chose to use this company, be sure to find a company for services they dont provide too.

We at A-Action regret that you experienced a rodent problem with your home shortly after moving in. As stated in your review, A-Action is not licensed for pest control and rodent activities. Furthermore, there are no home inspectors licensed in the state of Texas that also do rodent inspections. Again we regret that you experienced this problem, but unfortunately rodent detection is out of the scope of the home inspection.

I called these guys on Friday and they inspected the property on Monday. I also received the report within a few hours and it was detailed and informative. I’ve had several home inspections and these guys are the best so far.
