Ryan Arch did a great job! Being a first time homebuyer, he was very professional and thorough he let me follow him around the house. He was very nice and made conversation. He pointed out and explained everything he saw. He gave me suggestions on what I should look out for and the importance of having them fixed. I was there the entire time, he also had the report ready and emailed to me as soon as I got home!
