GREAT experience! We used A-Action Realty Inspection years ago on our first home purchase and just recently recommended the service to our parents who were purchasing a home. The inspector was prompt, professional and thorough. A-Action responds very quickly to scheduling inspections usually for the next day. As always, the inspector is very polite, professional and does an outstanding job explaining the report to my buyers.
I had A-Action perform two inspections during the past week. I was pleased with both inspections. One prevented us from buying a house full of problems. But their customer service is excellent in all areas. On the first inspection I had overpaid and they refunded the over payment immediately. Also I received a discount as a repeat customer. They got the report to me the same day and the inspector called since we live out of state. They are a first class company! Without reservation i would recommend them.
