Daughter used them, inspectors conversation did not match report ,cost them a lot of money and only offered to refund the inspection cost. would not even respond to their complaint until they started posting on social media.

they don't do a complete and accurate inspection. They don't check out the ac/heat and the evaporator coils or the ducts at all. cost me over a thousand dollars to repair.
