I really had a great experience with the Inspector that checked out the house I'm looking to buy. It can all be a very intimidating process and Sean was excellent! He was so thorough and very knowledgeable. Once presenting the report of his findings he was so patient and happy to explain all the details. I really enjoyed the experience having Sean as my inspector.

We hired A-Action to do a home inspection for a house we are under contract on. Rich did an excellent job. He was timely and professional. When he discussed his report he was thorough and explained any discrepancies in the house to us. He is a true professional.
