I was unable to attend the inspection because I live out of state. But I was pleased with the response time and I received a very accurate 40 report the same day. I highly suggest getting an inspection on new construction. Its amazing and a little scary when you realize all the things a builder can miss. Thank you guys for helping me to make a very costly decision

Paul came out and did our inspection on our new build home. He was efficient and was able to explain everything that came up and answered all my questions. He was patient with my young children who did interrupt a few times when he was going over his findings. I had the report emailed and text to me quickly and within an hour of leaving the inspection. Highly recommend!
