I echo all of the wonderful, positive reviews left for this awesome service center! It is rare to find dependable, capable servicemen anymore, and the owner of A-Ability is hands down someone you can trust with your valued sewing machine. I have had my Kenmore machine since 1977; it has traveled with me through countless states and many lives. So to have it repaired (and cleaned!) to its former glory is a huge pleasure, and I am glad to recommend this company to all my fellow sew-sters! :)

This man is a CROOK !! Dropped off my Mom's sewing to have it fixed because it wasn't cutting the thread...was told it would be addressed as well as maintenance done on it. Picked up the machine and it still had the issue (that we CLEARLY talked about when I initially dropped it off). Called to talk about the situation and he basically said " I can't fix that". When I asked him about some form of partial or total refund, he began to raise his voice at me over the phone (which he didn't dare try doing when I went in to drop o... read more
