Storage Unit Flooded, there was mouse poop found when we moved our stuff out. The units themselves are located on a steep hill and are not possible to get to with larger moving trucks. Then when I was ready to move out I can not reach anyone by the phone number, the voice mailbox is broken so I can't leave and I can't sign up to turn off the autopay service, and leaving an email through the site has not been responded to in over a week.
Very friendly people they keep the place clean, clean unit when moved in! love this place for storage! Highly recommend them if you need a storage unit!!
