Bill was wonderful to work with. He was very accommodating, friendly, and professional from start to finish as he replaced my gas water heater. He took the time to carefully explain everything he was doing and made sure we understood the process. What really stood out was how kind he was to my grandson, Henry. I would highly recommend William Whittington (Marine Veteran). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. William took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my plumbing issues and ensured I understood the solutions. I will definitely rely on him again for any future plumbing needs.
William responded on the evening of a holiday when we texted him about a leaking water heater. He was able to come the next morning to replace it and he was able to provide cost estimates from photos and was always upfront and transparent about costs and timeline. He did worked with our scheduling availability, did great quality, efficient work and took care to ensure everything was clean before leaving. Would highly recommend him!
