The owner, Phan, does my nails. She introduced me to gel polish which i was reluctant to try, having had bad experiences with acrylic. But, I sm happy to report gel is very different. she can make the gel look VERY natural and it doesn't seem to be damaging my nails. I can trim and file if I don't have time to go in. She does a clear bottom coat and topcoat which makes salons skip. She has gradually tamed my once fast growing cuticles and even a toe that tends to become ingrown easily. Overpriced service, bad attitude and even asked for tip amount before charging credit card. She certainly deserved none and no wonder why we were the only customer in a Saturday afternoon. We would never go there again and we suggest everyone does the same.

I went in to get my nails done (SNS+tips) and my nail broke 6 days after. Phan charged me to get it fixed (although most other places don’t charge until a week after). The same nail came off (lifted off, so the application was not right) THE NEXT DAY. I would NOT recommend their quality.
