their phone is always busy. i have tried for over an hour one call after another to get through to this place thats supposed to have a part i need. its impossible to be that busy with that many calls for some little mower place and to me, being in a posistion where i constantly deal with customers due to owning and running a full service landscape co., it tells me that this place doesnt take their job very seriously. who knows how much money they loose out on by being too lazy to field calls.
