I would not recommend this shop for your repairs. I will never use them again. I have used them six times over the last 18 years because they have little if no competition in our area. There customer service has always been poor. I continued to use them strictly out of convenience, hoping that their service would be better. Again, I have been disappointed. I was told when I scheduled the repair to expect a 2 week repair time to install a $25 dollar spring. Nineteen days later I finally called to check on the status of repair... read more
A great business. Reliable service that lasts. I was very happy with the work that was done on my mower. They did exactly what I asked and were happy to do it.

Great business! I own a landscape business and work on my own equipment but purchase all my parts from Dave. He always provides outstanding service. If he can't get it he usually can order it or at least point me in the right direction. I have read complaints about the wait and phone being busy but when you run a business as well as they do, you're going to be busy! As a small business owner myself I appreciate the service that I get as well as the quality parts. It is always my first stop when I need something!

Yes they are always that busy. I am holding on the phone right now because they are taking care of live customers, just as they have done for twenty years for me when I needed parts or advice.
Great place for parts. Never had service because I fix my own stuff. Very knowledgeable and can find you a part even for older equipment that parts are no longer available form the manufacturer, (like Sears). If the previous reviewer would drive up there and get his part he would see just how busy they are with real customers that come to the store.
A & A has always fixed our equipment in a timely manner. We have had zero problems with them.
