RecommendedOur old furnace went out on Monday. I talked with Eric Tuesday morning. He was able to come out and give me an estimate an hour after I talked with him. The estimate was very competitive. A&A began the process of taking out our old furnace and installing our new furnace and AC the very next day. Great service! Very friendly and helpful!
I called Mike in the morning and he was able to come out that morning to look at our AC unit and he was able to get us up and running. Pricing for services are affordable
Our air conditioner went out 2 days before we were suppose to close on our house. I called the next day and they were able to come out the same day to check it. Had to be replaced and worked with both myself and the new homeowner....excellent service!
To be continued- replaced a thermostat and rolled out before trying a.c., 85 degrees in the house 90 plus outside. After replacing thermostat tech left the residence without trying AC heat was stuck on finally off unit been without AC all night! Who comes on a service call and fix it something and leaves without trying the unit 11:00 at night on a Friday on a service call contract?
Our air conditioner went out Saturday afternoon Memorial Day weekend. It was in the 90s the whole weekend. Very few places were open and if they were, they were going to charge $200+ just to come out to our house not including parts or labor. My Dad already new what part needed to be replaced which only cost $10-$20. Mike returned my call promptly and delivered the part to our house Memorial Day. This company is run by wonderful, honest people who provide fantastic service and do a great job. They installed our furnace & A/C and are always available when I have a concern or question. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic customer service! Prompt service when I had heating and air conditioning problems. Reasonable rates and quality equipment for replacement. Also had quick service for water heater issue. Honest and very dependable. I would highly recommend them for any service needs.
