RecommendedFrom the very start, my experience at Personal Mini Storage has been excellent. Maralyn gave me strategies on how to best fit everything into my unit, being that this was my first time renting my own storage unit. She laid out everything extremely well, and even walked me to my unit and demonstrated how to unlock and lock it. Staff is so friendly. The facility is very clean and nice.
When I got to my storage unit, it was wet inside and filled with ants. They didn't clean it before I came which was extremely unprofessional. Luckily they gave me a discount, but it was absolutely disgusting and FILLED with huge red ants. They also don't communicate very well when booking their units to customers. They don't give specifics on anything you book, so definitely ask a lot of questions. the only reason I booked here was because it was the very last place that had any units available.
Beware of this company. Price gouging to college students!!! they don't inform you of all the additional cost when booking a reservation. Quoted $ 138.00 per month for a 10x 10. Didn't mention that they charge by calendar month, instead of 30 days from starting date. Also don't tell you they require insurance , which they charge you. So I was charge $ 227.00 for 1 month and 6 days Unethical business practices!!! Do not rent storage at this place.!!
Excellent, personal service. Answered all questions in detail, personal tour showing how things worked. Personal interaction with two separate employees were both exceptional. Very satisfied customer!

I had a great experience this past weekend at Devon Storage. Marilyn was more than helpful in prior calls to the office to set up reservation for the unit and in person. I highly recommend this storage facility. Easy drive from campus.
