I had a great customer experience while using their services for the first time last week. The lady who answered my call was able to not only save me time by providing the quickest info I needed but also saved me some money compared to a few other businesses who quoted me on my Miele vacuum repair. The motor on my Eureka upright stopped running and since A1 was a factory authorized repair center I called them. fIrst I asked what the price of a new motor would be. Their owner/representative told me that the part would be about $100. As a new vacuum would run around $118 I scrapped the idea of a motor replacement and asked if he could bypass or replace the automatic overload which shuts down the motor when overheated if this were indeed the problem. I have been dealing with A1 Sewing and Vacuum for years. You will be sure to get great service. The owners go out of their way to make sure your parts are on time.
