Hi Gregg, Just a note to say that you installed my American Standard A/C in May 2006 (can't believe it has been nine years!) and it is still running just like new. Naturally, the maintenance service you and Joe provide twice a year keeps the A/C running good. But the bottom line is that the A/C works like it should, and I don't have to worry about problems with the heat or the cold in Houston. It is one thing I can count on to do its job.
