I can’t recommend this business enough! From the moment we first walked in to final delivery Aqua Bob and Catherine were just amazing! They have been in the hot tub game for decades and it shows. My wife and I first experienced the Coleman brand back in the early 1990s when we purchased our original hot tub. That spa performed flawlessly for years without a single issue — an incredible testament to its craftsmanship and durability. When we relocated to the Dallas area, we knew we wanted that same level of quality again, so naturally we sought out a Coleman dealer. We purchased a hot tub from A1 approximately six years ago. Recently the spa stopped working correctly and we contacted them for service. Unfortunately they only offer service on Saturdays and Sundays and we’re unable to fix our hot tub for over a month and a half. To me this is unacceptable. We did contact an outside service company that promptly came and diagnosed and repaired our problem in less than a week. If you are counting on good service from this company look elsewhere.

Bob and Catherine helped us select the perfect spa for our needs. The jets are perfectly aligned for relaxing muscles after physical therapy. They are great about advising on maintenance.

I've undergone multiple shoulder surgeries and suffer from chronic shoulder pain. During a discussion of my situation with my orthopedic surgeon, he mentioned that I might find pain relief with a hot tub.
